With over 16 years of senior leadership and management experience including financial
and administrative responsibilities, I am now particularly interested in the
processes of change for individuals, groups and organisations. I have high
expectations, good communication skills and a passion for the development of
human potential and the improvement of human capacity.

Between us we hold a variety of Masters qualifications in business,
adult learnng, and change agency. Collectively we have qualifications
in Transactional Analysis; NeuroLinguistic Programming, Gestalt:
learning in psychodynamic approaches, solutions focused brief work,
and cognitive behavioural techniques; plus licences for Myers Briggs
Type Indicator; Temple Index of Functional Fluency and Firo B. Some
of us have NVQs and we have tactical staff qualified in Moderation.
Our experience ranges from working with large FTSE 100 organisations
to one person companies; in the private, charitable and public sectors;
and internally as directors, company secretaries, section heads,
HR specialists, and learning and development managers.
