a network of tried and trusted associates of tactical’s director Rosemary Napper

I focus on maximising people’s potential by working from the inside out, within organisations and the wider world. I bring a positive profile of experience in large and small organisations underpinned by a unique blend of qualifications as a people-developer, a coach and a mentor, a counsellor, a facilitative trainer, a transactional analyst, and as an organisational consultant. My approach is collaborative and creative, facilitative and flexible, response-able and relational.
As a Director of tactical I ensure that my associates and I operate with inspiration and integrity when contracting for and delivering support for change with organisations and individuals.
